Vanguard's VEO 2 204CB Carbon Fiber tripod is ultra light weight but not light weight on quality. It's magnesium canopy joins it's 3 carbon fiber legs and allows the aluminum center column to swing into it's vertical position in less than 15 seconds. Each leg can be locked in any of 3 angles to accommodate uneven terrain or lower the center column for low angle shots. Each leg section can be extended and locked using Vanguard's Advanced Twist Lock system which offers fast secure lockup of each section.
