The VEO 2 CM-264 Carbon Fiber Monopod from Vanguard is a 4-section support that can hold a mirrorless camera or a large DSLR that weighs up to 13.2 lb. By turning the twist-locks and extending the 4 sections, the 1 lb monopod can reach a maximum height of 63", and easily collapses back down to 21". On smooth surfaces, the rubber foot prevents the monopod from slipping, but the foot can also convert into a spike for when extra support is needed on more uneven terrain.
