The 5D Mark III Body for $2549.99 deal at BigValueInc via eBay is still active — after about 48 hours, they have sold an impressive 432 camera bodies, or just over $1.1 million — that’s a lot of cameras.
It looks like this sale will stop at 500 sold (or sooner). With only 68 remaining, that should happen sometime tonight.
The last time we saw a big 5D Mark III sale like this was when Adorama sold 818 bodies on eBay in September of 2012 at $2749 each, for a tidy $2.25 million.
Again, BigValueInc via eBay is not an authorized dealer, but the last few sales our users have reported getting USA warranty bodies, and we’ve heard no complaints.
