$3800, rebate, sell lens, sell printer and the Mark III comes to about $2500 from an authorized dealer located a stones throw away. Great deal.

Excellent deal! Just ordered my 6D and added a 70-300 EF for $298 after discount if included with this bundle. That’s $2397 for the bundle AND a 70-300 USM EF IS shipped to my door. And if I sell the printer it’s more like $2100 to $2200 for all of this! Great deal! Thanks B&H
The terms of the $400 mail-in rebate state the following:
“Offer does not apply to purchases of refurbished or used products nor for eligible products packaged together and sold for one price.”
If Adorama is selling this as a “kit” for one price, then the mail-in rebate is not valid. Without the rebate, the price is $3,598, NOT $3,198.
On the invoice, the items will be broken down line by line and given individual prices, thus satisfying the rebate conditions.
Ok, I hope you’re right, because I’m gonna buy this and sell the lens and printer. 🙂
Yeah, you should be fine; I don’t foresee a problem as they ran this same bundle all holiday season. Adorama can help if there’s any issue.
I received an open box printer. They put the paper in the printer box for unknown reason. Anybody experienced the same issue with Adorama?
Did they ship the printer in a separate box? Do you think they did this to reduce the number of boxes in the shipment?
Does anyone know if the 5D Mark III in this kit comes with the USA warranty? I sent Adorama an e-mail yesterday but haven’t heard back. From what I can see, they clearly mark “USA Warranty” in the product description of other cameras so this makes me wonder whether this is a gray market camera body.
Never mind, I finally got a reply. It is a USA model. I just placed my order. I’m a happy camper!
Excellent! Sorry I didn’t reply earlier, but yes, Adorama is by default USA warranty unless clearly marked as import.
