B&H is showing a price of $119 less $15 rebate, net $104. Amazon appears to be applying it as an instant rebate. A double-dip price mistake, just as they did with the Manfrotto 502HD Video Head a few weeks ago?

One submission per household, but if you go to the website it looks like you can buy multiple quantity of the same PW on the same rebate form.
