Where is the rebate form for this? The only one I see is only valid if shopping from Canon direct.

You could download the rebate form next to “$350 rebate” link in the price. But it was only working while the deal was active. I can’t see the link even though I ordered it.

However, it appears to me that Adorama, Amazon, and B&H use the same rebate forms, and you can currently get it from

It says “authorized Canon dealer”, not canon direct.
