As a former Canon t3i/600D owneer, I still believe the Canon 6D FF is an awesome, affordable, and light-weight DSLR. I think i have taken over 5,000+ photos through beaches, hiking trips (e.g. Tahoe and Utah-Zion National Park & Red Canyons), rain, and i couldnt be happier.

Last time I checked the difference was the framework. Import model is plastic not metal.
Not true — imports are physically identical to USA models.
most likely a “grey market” only buy from authorized sellers if you need a warranty
