I’d be pretty conservative calculating costs if you are planning on trying to sell everything but the camera. I’ve seen new 24-105 lenses on craigslist for $400 (no idea if they sell) and I’m still trying to unload a Pro-10 I bought with a previous 7D2 deal (I haven’t even been getting low ball offers).
