Canon Refurbished Sale: 15%-Off Refurb Lenses, 24-70 II for $1291

The Canon Direct Store started a refurbished sale: 15%-off refurbished lenses.

There are a few popular items in-stock now. Check out our refurb stock tracker to see all items in-stock, and most importantly, set notifications so you get e-mailed when the item you want is back in-stock! We expect a restock some time before the sale ends on May 7th.

This has happened to me twice and both times they gave me a refund. One refund was close to $1K on a 300mm 2.8.

Sad 85mm f1.2 is not in the list.

Dang! I’m pissed too, bought it when it was 10% off. Do you know what is the probability of getting price match from Canon? Especially it’s no longer in stock now…

Fwiw, I have received a price variance credit from both Canon USA and B&H when sales have happened within 30 days of my purchase.

You can also email them. I just used Canon Direct [canondirect@cits.canon.com] both of the times I received a refund.

Just called Canon Customer Support. They can do a price match if the request is within 14 days from the date of payment… I just got out of luck 🙁

You may want to check if you use a credit card with price protection policy.

I also ordered on the 15th of April and the first representative was unable to price match because I was on my 16th day. So I called again and the nice woman was able to do it.

  11. May 2, 2016 at 6:09 pm EDT

Called customer support again and, yes, the nice woman spoke to her supervisor and got it done.
