Depends what you’re using for.
Wedding photographers could not live without it, nor those that cover certain events.
John has a point. This flash is amazing and can come in handy in many occasions. Only thing is that from a financial start point I highly recommend you not to buy this our any other equipment. Plus use the flash you have way. I haven’t seen it in action
Speed lights are key to shooting in low light if you don’t have a fast lens
Don’t use on the cam flash
That’s how you get red eye n flat images so use a speed light to bounce
You can also get a remote so you can place the light somewhere else
