This is a very popular adjustable camera strap that can be worn as a sling, shoulder, or neck strap. A unique anchor link system quickly attaches and detaches the strap from your camera. Two latches on the strap allow for one-handed adjustment to the strap’s length from 39″ to 54″.
Be aware that these SL-x-2 models are the previous generation Peak Design slide v2 (old colors)
Still nice but do not feature the latest improvements as included with the current SL-BK-3 version that has several improvements including:
– narrower 1.8″ strap (vs previous wider 2.0″ strap)
– better and more flexible integrated strap pad
– new ultra-slim under mount plate
– latest thinner/tapered and thinner cord anchors (fits smaller camera side mount strap holes)
– new streamlined adjuster and anchor housings.

These are still fantastic straps. I have been using these older ones for 3 years now, and they are still going strong. I did get one of the newer ones to replace my final BlackRapid strap, and it does feel a little lighter. That these older ones include the Capture-Clip compatible Arca-Swiss plates is icing on the cake. My plates never come off my cameras now.
Slide Camera Strap has just issued a recall and offer replacement anchor connectors for V1 and V3 with V4.
