The Canon Direct Store restocked the rarely seen EF 400mm f/2.8L IS II USM refurbished, it’s available for $7999.20 (plus tax).
We haven’t seen this lens available refurbished for a very long time. This availability, shortly after the announcement of the replacement (EF 400mm f/2.8L IS III USM) is not surprising. If you’re okay with the older version you can save almost $4000 buy purchasing a refurbished Mark II copy.
