PIXMA PRO-100 print heads are reselling at around $90 and ink sets are stable at about $95. Net of shipping and selling fees you should make $140 from printer components, if all goes well.
How about the grip? eBay history shows that $80 is a fair resale price for the BG-E21 grip in New condition. Net of fees and shipping, that should make you about $55.
