Might go for this, has room for a great kit and perhaps even personal items. Love that it has no laptop sleeve, it’s not always wanted or needed.
I have yet to have a bag that can house my laptop, but I have kind of an old one that is a bit big. I use the sleeve area to store extra gear. I put a flashbender in there, a filter case, spare charger (always forgetting the main one), spare strap, etc. Could probably live without it if I had to.
