Interesting. They honored the deal for me. I was in the process of cancelling and just before I did I click the chat icon. They asked why I was cancelling and I told them I didnt. I told them I wanted the discount. They processed it right there. Just double checked and I have the confirmation order in my email. Note: I have been a yearly subscriber at this level for about 2 years.
