It’s worth noting that the Canon store is not currently offering free shipping, so you’re going to get $12+ added to the price of each of these items. In the past, they’ve offered free standard shipping–don’t know why they aren’t this time, because this is a good sale… though adding back $12+ for shipping makes it much less attractive (especially for that pancake, if you want to pick up a good, cheap lens).
And to clarify, I was about to buy that pancake, but it was $90something for a new copy on Amazon just a few weeks ago. No point in buying a $79 refurb if after shipping it costs pretty much the same as a new copy on Amazon (with free shipping).
And after a quick peek, Adorama has a new copy for $99 currently. I’m a little disappointed with the Canon store for not offering free shipping.
I also checked–they’re not offering free shipping if you go over $100 or $150 total purchase, either.
