So much weight, so much bulk, so much money for just one additional f/stop. Maybe it has phenomenal bokeh…
It’s not much bigger – yes a bit heavier – if you have both in hand. IMO, the 28-70 definitely has “wow factor,” whereas the 24-70 does not. I sold the 24-70 and haven’t regretted it for a minute.
