Last week I purchased a refurbished 28-70. The item still hasn’t shipped yet and the order status is “Back ordered”. Should I cancel that order and order another one? Or will Canon use one of the ones that came in stock to fulfill my order?

  Canon is scamming people. They don’t have refurbished 28-70s for sale. I waited 6 months for one and they never shipped it. You can order as many times as you want but until you get on the phone with customer relations I doubt you will ever get one. After calling Customer Relations like 3 times I finally got them to find me one.

  Just an update, I snagged a 28-70 off the refurb store yesterday after getting this email around 5PM EST and I just got shipping confirmation this morning at 7:51 EST.
