Amazon has announced a “Prime Early Access Sale” on October 11th-12th. This 48-hour event has been dubbed the “October Prime Day Event”, and if it’s anything like the July Prime Day we expect to see hundreds of deals: on cameras, lenses, photography accessories, memory cards, and other electronics.
As most deals are restricted to Amazon Prime members only, be sure to sign-up for a free 30-day trial of Prime if you’re not already a member. Check back next Tuesday, October 11th at 3 AM for our coverage of the deals!
And, don’t be surprised if B&H and Adorama match or better the Amazon prices. For things like memory cards that Amazon has a bad track record of with counterfeit items, they would make for better buys.
