Serious question, could I just put the 70-200 2.8 on an r7 and have the same experience?
Field of view and perspective will be similar, but your depth of field with a 70-200mm at f/2.8 on a crop sensor is going to be wider than the 100-300mm at f/2.8 on the full-frame sensor. IQ will be higher as you’d be using the entire glass and not just part of it, plus the likely higher pixel density of the full-frame sensor.
