I hear ya! I had a Nikon D300 with a consumer 18-200 zoom + 50/1.4 for 16 years before replacing it.
I can absolutely get by with my current R8 + modern RF lenses setup for another 16 (if I’m privileged enough to last that long!)
Same! I’m lucky I was able to fill out my kit prior to the tariffs, but man I wish I jumped on a couple of these last week when I first saw them. I’ll be renting anything I absolutely need for the next while.
